Purpose and access

Invoice Filing is operated by its owner for private business document organization. With the account holder’s authorization, it accesses Gmail message metadata and selected billing attachments. Read-only Gmail permission permits reading mail; application rules limit processing to the configured accounts and document scope.

Processing and storage

Document extraction normally runs locally on the owner’s Mac mini using an isolated processing environment and a local language model. Review information, document fingerprints, audit records, and prepared filing copies are stored in access-restricted local storage. Approved filing copies are saved to the owner-selected Dropbox folders and become subject to those folders’ existing access permissions.

Authorized assistance may involve service providers processing information needed to operate or maintain the workflow. The application uses Google for mailbox access and Dropbox for filing. Status notifications may pass through Telegram; their intended content is limited to status labels and counts, without document attachments.

Use and sharing

Google user data is used to provide the requested document organization features. The application does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Temporary processing files are cleaned up after processing. Review previews have an expiry. Filing copies, review decisions, and audit or duplicate-prevention records can remain until the owner removes them; expiry of a preview does not delete an archived Dropbox copy. Account holders can revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete existing copies.

Website and contact

This information site has no contact form, analytics scripts, or document collection feature. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs. Authorized users can reach the operator through the support contact shown on the Google consent screen.
